Melasol frá Álfasaga
Dam: Osp fra Asi
Sire: Snerrir fra Kjarnholtum
Melasol is a 2002 Isabella Palomino Pinto
Icelandic mare.  She has a slender build and
an elegant look.  She was a Valentine's day
gift from Peder to Bonnie in 2004.  Isn't that
sweet!  Melasol is bright, friendly, and eager
to learn.  She just finished two months of
training with Dawn Shaw and we're ready to
hit the trails this summer!  She is shown
below at the Evaluations in Idaho in
September, 2006.  Her scores are listed to
the right.
"Melasol" means: buttercup.

In November 2010, we adopted Eidfaxi from a farm in central Washington.  We're so happy to have this mellow little
guy around.  And Melasol is enjoying her new friend.

Eidfaxi - our newest addition to the family!  He's 3 years old, formerly buckskin or bay, and now a beautiful
roan-y grey.  A sweet and mellow guy. He and Melasol get along incredibly well.  Since he arrived shortly after
Thanksgiving, he has had his feet trimmed regularly (he doesnt mind at all), has been dewormed, and has gotten
used to the routine.  We sure like his fuzzy little face!
